2026 Expo · CAFERES JAPAN

A third push into the Japanese market

Holding firm to estate-wide organic cultivation to showcase Taiwan's pure terroir. CAFERES JAPAN 2026 runs August 4–6 at Tokyo Big Sight, booth S00141110.

True Mei Yuan Coffee Estate, a Taiwanese brand that has drawn growing attention in international specialty coffee circles, is making its third appearance in Japan. The team brings premium specialty beans grown under an unwavering commitment to estate-wide organic cultivation and ecological coexistence, deepening its presence in a Japanese business market that holds quality and sustainability to an exceptionally high standard.

As the global specialty coffee market moves toward higher standards and greener practices, products with environmental integrity and traceability have become the first choice of international buyers. Set among Taiwan's richly endowed mountains, the estate practices strict organic cultivation across its entire plantation, ruling out chemical pesticides and fertilizers entirely and letting the coffee trees grow within the most natural of ecological cycles. This way of farming in step with the living world protects precious mountain water sources and gives the beans a layered, pure, and gentle terroir-driven flavor.

Across its two previous appearances in Japan, True Mei Yuan has built a strong professional reputation in Japan's specialty coffee community through its pure flavor and rigorous quality control. This time, under the theme "Organic Craft, Refined by Terroir," the estate's own craftspeople will give live demonstrations while sharing with international buyers how modern scientific management has been woven successfully into organic farming.

"Japanese consumers and food-service channels hold 'organic' and 'environmental sustainability' to an extremely high standard. Coming to Japan for a third time, we are not simply showing our product — we come with a resolve to deepen green-economy cooperation across the Asia-Pacific." — Chairman Wang Yuan-Lin
